SoftStack Factory is an unique opportunity for San Diego area young adults typically known as Millennials. SoftStack Factory has adapted its program after two years from a full-time 12 week immersion fee free program to a part-time 24 week partial immersion program requiring a small donation.

The new part-time evening program is now a 4 phase program.  Phase 1 is the qualifier phase which is 4 weeks, this stage allows both the student and Softstack Factory to be mutually evaluated. Once qualified and based on availability we currently offer 3 more phases that provide young adults an opportunity to learn skillsets that can assist in entering the Digital Economy.

Classes are offered during the evenings twice a week allowing students the chance to carry on with their daily activities while immersing in follow on study materials during the rest their free time. The program is almost free, only requiring a small $125 donation for the qualifying phase, a $250 donation for phases 2 and 4 and a $125 donation for phase 3.

Students focus on learning Javascript as their primary programing language, HTML5 and CSS, they also  learn Angular a MVC framework, NodeJS and StrongLoop framework to create backends to support the web applications and web services.

Phase three is our “Hybrid Mobile Application Development with Ionic" a 4 week course, Ionic mobile framework allows you to create hybrid mobile application expanding on the knowledge gained in phase two.

Phase four currently our final step the "Real World Project" is an 8 week course where you will use the previous skills learned and then the students will learn project oriented skills and complete a team project.
